In 2020, the house at 345 Chaplin suffered significant damage from a fire. Our team stepped in to clean up and restore the property, bringing it back to life while making thoughtful improvements. We added two bedrooms and a bathroom to the main house, creating more space and functionality for the owners. Additionally, we built a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ADU at the back of the lot, maximizing the property’s potential and providing a versatile living space
